1. Geographic scope
This return policy applies to orders placed by consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). We sell dietary supplements only; our products are not medicines. Our content and advertising comply with applicable policies, including no medical claims or guarantees.
2. Your rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or from the day you receive the last item in a split delivery) and to return the product for a refund. This right applies to distance contracts. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened dietary supplement products unless they are faulty or not as described.
3. How to return
To cancel or return: contact us within the 14-day period using the contact details below. Tell us your order reference and that you wish to return the item. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have sent the wrong item or a faulty product. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
4. Refunds
We will refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost (we may deduct the direct cost of return if you chose a premium delivery method). Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or of you providing proof of return. We will use the same payment method you used for the order.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If the product is faulty, not as described, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
